Three ways to work with us
Each of our services addresses a distinct situation. We are happy to discuss which engagement, if any, is suited to where your organisation currently stands.
Back to HomeHow we approach every engagement
Every engagement begins with listening. Before we form any view about what might be improved or changed, we take time to understand how your organisation actually operates — not how it is described in a process document, but how the work gets done day to day.
We rely on conversations with your leadership and with colleagues whose daily routines are most affected by your current tools. We review whatever documentation is available, and we ask questions that may seem obvious but often surface important answers.
Our methodology is structured but not rigid. We adapt the process to your scale and sector, and we are careful not to impose more disruption on your team's time than the engagement genuinely requires.
Scoping conversation
We discuss your situation and confirm whether one of our engagements is a reasonable fit. No charge, no obligation.
Structured discovery
Interviews with key stakeholders, review of current systems and processes, and direct observation where appropriate.
Analysis and synthesis
We consider what we have found across all inputs and form a view about what matters, what does not, and why.
Written delivery and discussion
A written report or summary is delivered, followed by a session to walk through the findings and answer questions.
Digital Readiness Review
A careful examination of where your organisation sits on its digital journey — carried out without assuming that further digitalisation is always the right next step. We speak with leadership and with colleagues whose work is most shaped by your current tools, review the systems you rely on, and consider how well they serve the work actually being done.
The outcome is a written review that highlights areas of strength, areas of quiet friction, and a short set of possible directions worth discussing. It is a document designed to be shared internally and to serve as the starting point for a considered leadership conversation.
Suitable for established SMEs with 20–200 staff
Includes stakeholder interviews and systems review
Written report with findings and directional options
Delivery session included to walk through findings
Capability Mosaic
Typical timeline
Four to six weeks from engagement start
Technology Selection Advisory
Independent guidance for organisations considering a significant technology decision — a new customer platform, accounting system, or internal tooling change. We are not resellers. Our role is to help you think clearly about what you actually need, what the market currently offers, and how different options might fit your specific context.
Deliverables include a requirements document co-developed with your team, a shortlist of suitable options with balanced written commentary, and facilitation of demonstrations with selected vendors. Typically delivered over six to eight weeks.
Vendor-independent: no commercial relationships with technology suppliers
Requirements document that reflects your actual needs, not market defaults
Shortlist with balanced commentary — including honest limitations of each option
Vendor demonstration facilitation included
Capability Mosaic
Typical timeline
Six to eight weeks from engagement start
Digital Practice Workshop
A compact workshop-style engagement for leadership teams who would like a structured conversation about how their organisation uses digital tools today and what gentle adjustments may be worth making. The format consists of two half-day facilitated sessions, preceded by short interviews with a handful of participants.
The workshop is designed to open conversations rather than conclude them. Participants typically leave with a clearer view of where their organisation stands and with questions they can continue to explore internally — without needing further external support.
Two half-day facilitated sessions
Pre-session interviews with key participants
Written summary of themes and directions discussed
Suited to organisations early in their digital thinking
Capability Mosaic
Typical timeline

What applies across all our engagements
Confidentiality
Client information is held strictly confidential. We do not discuss client work in external settings or use it as marketing material without explicit consent.
Fixed scope and pricing
Scope and fees are agreed before work begins. If an engagement needs to change scope, we discuss it openly before proceeding.
Senior delivery
No handoffs. The consultant who begins your engagement sees it through to delivery.
Commercial independence
We hold no vendor relationships. Recommendations are shaped by your needs alone.
Post-delivery availability
Following delivery, we are available to clarify findings or answer questions that arise as your team works through the report.
Malaysia-specific context
All work is grounded in an understanding of the Malaysian business environment, including PDPA requirements and local market conditions.
Not sure which engagement fits?
We are happy to discuss your situation and help you decide — including being candid if none of our services is the right fit at this moment.
